Do you realize that understanding the answers to these questions for yourself as a leader is critical to your success? Do you also understand that understanding the answers to each of these questions for those you lead is just as critical?

Do you realize that you must be true to how you operate in order to bring the very best out of yourself?

Do you realize that you will have to lead each person differently in order to bring the very best out of them? Have you considered that you may need to change the way you present information in order to connect most powerfully with different ones you lead?
